## Description

Provides a fixed video asset (screen recording, b-roll, pre-made clip) to the rest of the workflow. Upload a file in the editor, or via the API upload media with `POST /media/upload` and set its URL in config, then wire `video` into a Compose Video or processing node.

Resolution priority at run time: config URL, then wired inputs, then trigger data, then the stored upload on the node.
