Analytics Cookies

We use PostHog for privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use our platform. PostHog is self-hostable and does not sell data to third parties. These cookies help us improve the user experience. We also record how people use the app, through PostHog session recording, to find and fix problems. Recordings show what appears on screen, which can include text you entered once it is displayed, such as prompts on your board. Form fields are masked, API keys and invite links are hidden, and we do not record a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.

Advertising: Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our ads work and to help Meta decide who sees them.

• The Meta Pixel runs on our website and in our app. It sets Meta cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and tells Meta which of our pages you visit.
• When you submit one of our lead forms, including the free ads form (wireflow.ai/free-ads), the free ad variants form (wireflow.ai/free-variants) and the ads application form (wireflow.ai/ads), the Pixel reports that submission, and our server can send the same event to Meta through the Conversions API. The server copy includes your email address in hashed form (scrambled with SHA-256, so the plain text is not sent), your IP address, your browser's user agent, and Meta's click and browser IDs when we have them. On the ads application form it also includes your first name, hashed the same way.
• We do not sell your browsing data to advertisers or data brokers.

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings, or use a content blocker, which can stop the Meta Pixel from loading. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in. We do not offer a cookie preference switch on our website.

On our free ads form and our ads application form, if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not send your form submission to Meta, from your browser or from our server. The Meta Pixel still records page views. We have turned off its automatic button-click events. You can also control how Meta uses website data for ads in your Meta ad preferences.
