1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wireflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Wireflow is an AI-powered creative platform that provides tools for image generation, video creation, audio synthesis, and visual workflow building. The Service connects to third-party AI providers to process your requests.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

• Wireflow uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI features.
• Free tier credits refresh periodically. Paid plans provide additional credits per your subscription.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
• If an AI job fails due to a platform error, credits will be automatically refunded.

5. Content Ownership

Your content: You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or generate using Wireflow. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Generated content: Content generated by AI models through Wireflow is yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the underlying AI model provider's terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wireflow to:

• Generate illegal content, including child sexual abuse material
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
• Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, or discrimination
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or content moderation systems
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

Violation of these policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Third-Party AI Models

Wireflow integrates with third-party AI model providers. These providers may have their own terms of service and acceptable use policies that apply to content generated through their models. We are not responsible for the output quality, availability, or content policies of third-party providers.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wireflow and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wireflow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
