Data Deletion

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Request deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address you use for Wireflow. Tell us whether you want to delete a connected Instagram, Threads, or Facebook Page's data or your entire Wireflow account. For a connected-account request, include the platform and your username or Page name so we can find the connection. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

Instagram and Threads access and connection data

You can revoke Wireflow's access through the connected-app settings on Instagram or Threads. Removing access does not itself delete the connection details, encrypted access token, publishing history, or stored Instagram post insights in Wireflow. When Meta notifies us that you removed Threads access, we mark the connection as needing reconnection. Use the contact above to request deletion, or request it through Meta where that option is available.

When Meta sends us your deletion request, Wireflow deletes the matching Instagram or Threads connection, including account identifiers, profile details, and the encrypted access token. It also deletes the connection's publishing history and scheduled-post records, including stored captions, post settings, media URLs, post identifiers, and links to published posts, along with the stored performance snapshots for Instagram posts. The response to Meta includes a confirmation code and a link to check the status of the request.

A deletion request from Meta does not yet remove Threads auto-reply records: the reply IDs, our answer IDs, and the usernames we keep so we never answer the same person twice. Email us as described above and we will delete them.

Facebook Pages

You can remove Wireflow in your Facebook settings. Removing it there does not delete what Wireflow stored, and Wireflow does not have a disconnect button for Pages yet. To delete your Facebook Page data, email us as described above and name the Pages, or delete your whole Wireflow account (see below).

We then delete each Page connection. That removes the Page name, the Page ID, the encrypted Page access token, the permissions you gave, and the ID Facebook gives your account for our app. We also delete the publishing history for those Pages, including captions, media URLs, post IDs, and links to published videos. We never store your Facebook user access token, so there is none to delete.

Workflows, media, and published posts

Deleting an Instagram, Threads, or Facebook Page connection does not delete your Wireflow workflows, execution records, or media files. Tell us if your deletion request should also cover those records or your entire Wireflow account. Posts already published to Instagram, Threads, or Facebook remain on that platform and must be removed there.

When your entire Wireflow account is deleted, we keep it for a 30-day recovery window. After that we delete every connected Instagram, Threads, and Facebook Page account, including its encrypted access token. We also delete their publishing history, Instagram post insights, and Threads auto-reply records.

See our Privacy Policy for more about the data Wireflow collects and uses.
